Raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Brad’s hospitality experience spans two states and the opening of three restaurants. Prior to opening The Nightingale, Brad opened the wildly popular Goat & Vine restaurant in Temecula, California that specializes in artisan pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. He was also the owner/operator of the first Great Harvest Bread Company in the city, ranking in the top 20 bakeries across the country for 6 consecutive years, an accomplishment that has not been replicated in California to this day. When asked, what is the secret behind building a successful restaurant group? Brad said,
“It is the people. I have always strived to build Goat & Vine Hospitality as a family, as a team that truly embodies the idea that we are stronger and better together than alone.”
Brad holds his Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. He also holds awards from The Court of Master Sommeliers and The Regulatory Council of Jerez.
When not working, Brad enjoys surfing, fishing, camping, and spending quality time with family and friends. He also has a passion for eating great food with great people.

Prior to opening and designing The Nightingale, Alicia designed the space and created the menu for the wildly popular Goat & Vine restaurant in Temecula, California that specializes in artisan pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. She was also the owner/operator of the first Great Harvest Bread Company in the city, ranking in the top 20 bakeries across the country for 6 consecutive years, an accomplishment that has not been replicated in California to this day. When asked, what is your culinary perspective for the food that you serve? Alicia said,
“For me, Goat & Vine Hospitality is a place where I can share my culinary creations, made the same way that I make it for my family today, from scratch, honestly, and with a genuine showing of love.”
Alicia holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Science from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.
When not working, Alicia enjoys eating great food, cooking, good books, outdoor adventures, and time spent with her family.
General Manager/Wine Director at The Nightingale / Director of Operations at Goat & Vine Hospitality
Originally from Riverside, California, Nathan has been in hospitality for almost 20 years. He oversees the daily operations for The Nightingale and The Goat & Vine restaurants. Before serving as the Director of Operations for Goat & Vine Hospitality, Nathan held several leadership roles throughout the state, most recently as the F&B Outlets Manager for The Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa, and then as the General Manager at The Goat & Vine in Temecula, California. When asked, why did you chose Temecula and Goat & Vine Hospitality to call home? Nathan said,
“I just cherish the opportunity to head such a genuine concept and to work with the most amazing hospitality professionals in Temecula Valley. Our community is such a special place. There is no other place in Southern California that is more positioned for a true food and beverage renaissance than Temecula. I’m just grateful to be here and bear witness to it all.”
Nathan holds his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego. Nathan also holds awards from The Court of Master Sommeliers, The Cicerone Certification Program, The Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and The Regulatory Council of Jerez.
When not working, Nathan loves to fly fish, read books about food & wine, try new restaurants, ride his Harley, and spend quality time with his daughter and wife, who is a family law attorney in Temecula Valley.
Chef de Cuisine
Originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado, Brian has been in the culinary field for nearly two decades. Before accepting the position as Chef de Cuisine for The Nightingale, Brian held numerous chef positions throughout San Diego, most notably as Chef de Cuisine at Stone Brewing and as Executive Chef at Tribute Pizza.
When not working, Brian loves to play frisbee golf, read, and spend time with his cat.
Originally from Logan, Utah, Beau has been in hospitality for over 15 years. Before serving as the Restaurant Manager for The Nightingale, Beau was the AGM at Mulligan Family Fun Center in Murrieta, California and most recently the Floor Manager at The Goat & Vine.
When asked, why do you love working in the hospitality industry? Beau said, “I love meeting knew people and spreading positivity wherever I go, seemed like a great fit.”
Beau has an Associate of Theater Arts & Humanities from Mt. San Jacinto College.
When not working, Beau likes to play video games, do yoga, and spend time with his husband Jacob and their dog Freddie. He also stars in the very popular Shakespeare in The Vines.
